Food is medicine. But applying discernment to what we eat has never been harder, with the variety of choice and everything being labelled healthy to the latest gurus telling us contradicting stories. Eating intuitively, to what our life demands from us or what our goals are, respecting our metabolism is easy with my guidance.

High Standards

I am my own guinea pig when it comes to diets, methods, movement and mindset. I have gone from barely awake at 10am to waking up at 4.30am, meditating, walking my dog and hitting the gym by 6am. This required a lot of tweaking and lifestyle changes and I am here to guide you in achieving whatever your health or fitness goal is!

Moving is not just about hitting the gym hard and being sore for days after. It is a balance of working OUT and working IN. Achieving the harmony between dynamic and restorative movement will completely change the way you look at your fitness.
